News Feed

The News Feed of your home page keeps you up to date with what’s going on throughout the site.

It lets you know when:

  • Assets you are following are updated, such as:
    • Metadata and taxonomy updates
    • Comments added
    • Likes added
    • Due to expire
  • Another user has:
    • Shares a file with you via My Cloud
    • Shares a Lightbox with you
    • Updates or add comments to an asset
    • Likes an asset
    • Likes or comments on a Lightbox that you are a member of
    • Downloads a file that you shared with them via My Cloud
  • System-wide notifications are sent to you

For example, if you are watching or following a particular asset and it is edited, you will be notified in the Home Page New Feed.
