How to register for access

Partners is a secure site, so to gain access you will need to register for an account. This is a quick and easy process and the registration won’t take long to complete.

Once you have input the URL into your browser address bar and arrived at the login page, you will be presented with one of two options:

  • Register for access through the standard registration process
  • Single Sign On registration

Standard Registration Process


If you do not have an account you can register by simply clicking on the Register link in the black bar at the top of the screen.

From here you will be taken to the Registration page to complete a short registration form.

If registering using an external company’s email address (e.g. an agency or journalist) you will receive the following notification. Please add the name of the person who referred you to the site. As part of the registration and security process, this person will be contacted to verify your identity.


Once you have completed all the fields and clicked Register, you will be taken to a confirmation page and an email will be sent to the email address acknowledging receipt of your application.

Account Activation

Once you have submitted your account registration form:

  • An email will be sent to the email address you supplied, confirming that your registration application has been received
  • The Administrator will then process your registration application

An email will then be sent advising whether your application has been successful. If access has been granted, simply click on the link in the email to activate your account.

You will then able to login to Partners.

Registering with Single Sign-on


If your Partners system has the single sign-on functionality enabled, then click the Log In option that applies to you. If this is the first time you have accessed the system you will be automatically registered. You may be asked to provide some additional details such as the department that you work for.  

If you are not an employee of one of the companies listed in the Log In widget, then click the Log in or Register link in the top right hand corner of the screen or click the ‘All other users’ option and follow the process outlined in the Registration Form and Account Activation sections above.
